Darren is responsible for overseeing the technical strategy, design, development, implementation, and coordination of all interactive services. He supervises JK Design’s 20 interactive staff members including project managers/producers, analysts, programmers, videographers, multimedia and network specialists. He has 24 years of information technology experience, including design and implementation of leading Web portals, content publishing systems and client/server applications. Before joining JK Design, he managed both internal development staff and third-party IT vendors on multi-million dollar Internet/Web projects involving global cross-functional teams for clients such as PSE&G, Gartner Group and Aventis Pharmaceuticals. He is also a co-founder of a Silicon Valley startup, PlanetOut. The diverse technical and business background that Darren brings to each project facilitates productive communication between his Interactive team and our account managers, as well as our clients, third-party consultants and IT vendors. Darren holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Kean University.
