Through a series of meetings, review of current collateral materials, market research, and other discovery activities, we will learn about your company’s brand history, strengths, challenges, customer experience, competitive environment, and what makes your company great and differentiates you from your competition.

Define objectives

We will identify and articulate your company’s goals for the next 12 months and beyond.

Develop a messaging and creative platform

This platform will be the foundation for all messaging and design work to promote your company’s brand image and differentiate the company from your competitors. This platform will be reflected in the company branding, Web site design, and other support materials.

Develop benchmarks for success

Based on the objectives defined in step 2, we will work with you to develop a set of benchmarks and tools to evaluate creative (pre-launch) and track responses, sales, usage awareness, and other metrics.
