Scott Kerns, Jeff Rupert take on Expanded Roles in Web Development, iPad/iPhone App Development for New Jersey/New York Creative Services Agency

In his new role as senior Web programmer, Scott Kerns will build upon his many successes since joining the agency in 2008. Scott has proven himself to be a gifted programmer through his work on highly complex projects for clients including LG, Covance, Catalent, and Innophos. In addition to his advanced programming abilities and superb technical skills, Scott is also the agency’s premier tester and technical documentation writer – responsibilities that will be expanded in his new position. Scott has more than a decade of professional experience including IT administration and coding in a variety of programming languages. He earned a B.S. in biology from Penn State University.

In recognition of his rapid progress as a junior Web programmer during his first year at JK Design, Jeff Rupert has been promoted to interactive programmer. His most recent achievements include developing innovative iPad and iPhone apps for Philips Lighting and Philips-Van Heusen (PVH). A graduate of The College of New Jersey with a B.S. in computer science/interactive multimedia and a passion for Web programming, Jeff’s areas of expertise include PHP, HTML5, CSS, Javascript, Web standards, and ActionScript coding.
