Home is where the heart is
JK Design moved into new offices on Halloween in 2006. We're now located in the historic John R. Staats House in Hillsborough, New Jersey, easily accessible from Routes 206, 202 and 287.
Our new home is a serene spot among the rolling hills of southwestern Somerset County.
The three-story brick building features a spacious deck overlooking the pond on Royce Brook - perfect for outdoor staff lunches and productive client meetings.
This stately 19th-century mansion, designed in a classical Grecian style rare in mid-1800s Hillsborough, was originally home to the prominet Staats family, whose members included Assemblyman John Staats as well as several Revolutionary War officers and minutemen.
Today, the original pumpkin pine floorboards and ornate crown moldings have been integrated with modern renovations such as high-end computer workstations, well-appointed conference rooms and comfortable office spaces designed to foster productivity and inspire creativity.
Since founding JK Design two decades ago, Jerry Kaulius has cultivated a corporate culture designed to provide each client with the highest level of personal attention and creative energy possible.
Our new office environment has been designed in that same spirit, melding tradition with innovation - the same way our design team does every day.
