Challenge
On the heels of the successful Avaya ACE Overview video, Avaya asked JK Design to create a second video targeted specifically at the financial services industry. In contrast to the first ACE project, this video would need to address the specific challenges of this market and provide a higher level of detail; but like the overview video, it had to tell the ACE story in a clear and compelling way that even non-technical viewers could easily understand.
Solution
JK Design wanted to create a video that would generate excitement in the ACE solution, explain complex issues simply, and stand out from the first video in the series. Rather than repeat the animation style used in the overview video, our creative team of producers, writers, designers, and animators decided to combine live action and “real” props interacting with animated graphics and text. The story this time was built around a conversation between a business owner and an Avaya representative – seen from a “bird’s-eye” view!
Results
JK Design’s unusual “hands-on” concept proved to be the perfect vehicle for this entertaining video. It’s made a big splash with Avaya’s sales team, and is currently being used to promote the ACE solution to the fast-paced financial services market.
