JK Design announces new roles for two key leaders

A new Executive Director of Client Services and Executive Creative Director have been appointed to a leading NJ brand and communications agency.

Lambertville, N.J., February 13, 2025 – As part of a shift to a new agency model, JK Design has elevated two of its most seasoned and experienced leaders to oversee the agency’s client services and creative teams.

Sharon Weresow has been promoted to Executive Director of Client Services, and Joey Greenstein has been promoted to Executive Creative Director.

With exceptional leadership skills and a long history of building deep client relationships, both have been responsible for some of the agency’s largest successes.

Weresow works closely with JK’s account team to build strong partnerships that deliver powerful results. She comes to her new role with two decades of diverse experience spanning branding, franchise marketing, event and corporate communications, and experiential marketing—and  unparalleled industry knowledge. With an experienced eye on the big picture and laser-sharp focus on the day-to-day details, Weresow is uniquely positioned to help the agency deliver value-added strategic solutions for the agency’s client partners.

Greenstein is responsible for leading JK’s creative team in delivering outstanding creative solutions that align with clients’ goals and stand out in their markets. With 20 years of experience in branding, advertising, events, and corporate communications—including 10 years at JK—Greenstein thrives on solving complex problems with innovative solutions to make a meaningful impact. His vast brand experience includes Samsung Electronics, Hankook Tires, LG, Weichert, ADP, 7-Eleven, Century 21, and Tribeca Performing Arts Center.

“I couldn’t think of two people more suited to and more deserving of these new roles—they are incredible leaders who are positioned to have an even bigger impact across our business,” says JK CEO, Martha Marchesi.

The moves come as part of a more unified agency model as the agency celebrates its 40th year in business, allowing for more flexibility across accounts and more scalability to better service clients.
